Refund policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cleanasssupplyco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are charged at time of purchase. Estimated ship dates are provided at checkout and on the product page. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated date, you may request a full refund by contacting us.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. After this window, standard return policy applies once the item is received.
